Join us for a special 25th anniversary recital dance! All That Jazz students are invited to participate in a high energy, low commitment, community production featuring dancers in elementary, middle, and high school. It will be an inclusive celebration of all that our community stands for and the perfect way to commemorate our anniversary year!
What is a production dance?
Productions feature 25+ dancers and mix small group sections of choreography with full cast sections. It is a great opportunity to learn alongside dancers of different ages, build community, and make new friends! Our production rehearsal schedule includes built-in bonding time for our older students to mentor younger dancers, and for new friend groups to be built outside of our regular weekly classes.
Will the production be in the recital?
Yes! The production number will be featured in all of our recital shows on Sunday, May 21, 2023. Students must be available to perform in all four recital shows, even if the production is their only dance in that show.
What fees are required to participate in this dance?
Tuition for participating in the production is $300 per dancer. This includes all rehearsals listed below, food provided on special rehearsal/community-building days, and recital costume. If two or more dancers per family are participating, the cost per dancer is $250. This is a great opportunity for siblings and close family friends across different age groups to perform together!
What is the time commitment?
Rehearsals will take place approximately once a month per age group on Sundays. Some rehearsals will require the full cast (“All Ages”), and others will only require one small group. See below for the rehearsal schedule:
